1. Personal Data We Process

  1. Account data: name/company, email, password hash, country, occupation, birth year, language
  2. Inquiry data: inquiry and reply content and account email
  3. Job data: address, coordinates, selected area, file format, terrain type, job status, download history
  4. Payment data: order id, provider, amount, currency, payment/cancel/refund status. We do not store raw card numbers.
  5. Automatically collected data: IP, browser, access time, cookies, error logs

2. Purposes of Processing

  1. Sign-up, login, email verification, and account management
  2. Preview generation, file generation, and download access verification
  3. Payments, refunds, receipts, and customer support
  4. Security, bug fixing, and service improvement

3. Retention Period

  1. Account data is kept until account deletion.
  2. Payment and transaction records may be retained for periods required by applicable law.
  3. Access and security logs are usually retained for 3 months.
  4. Files and download rights are retained as needed for re-download, incident response, and dispute review.

4. Third Parties and Processors

  1. We may use Toss Payments and Lemon Squeezy for payment processing.
  2. We may use Google and similar services for login, email, and notices.
  3. We may use cloud, map, address, terrain, and geospatial APIs.
  4. Stura3D does not sell personal data.
