Terms of Service
Effective date: June 25, 2026
Last updated: September 4, 2026
1. Purpose and Scope
These Terms govern your use of Stura3D, operated by Graft, including account use, payments, refunds, generated files, and user responsibilities.
- Stura3D provides 2D and 3D terrain design files, previews, downloads, and credit management based on global geospatial data.
- By using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Service and Outputs
- Outputs may include DXF, SVG, 3DM, SKP, OBJ, STL, 3D DXF, RVT, and other formats shown in the product UI.
- 3D outputs may differ in included layers, processing time, file size, and available formats depending on terrain type (smooth/stepped), contour interval, and file format.
- The service is for design review and visualization only. It must not be used for surveying, cadastral boundary confirmation, permitting, engineering execution, navigation, safety, or legal decisions.
3. Passes
- A preview pass provides 3 uses shared across all 2D, smooth, and stepped previews by default.
- A preview pass cannot be refunded after one or more uses.
- A 5-use pass is a one-time product providing 5 finished-file downloads. Each pass is valid for 30 days from purchase, does not renew automatically, and loses unused uses at expiry. Additional passes may be purchased at any time, and the oldest purchased pass is used first when more than one is held.
- Existing auto-renewing subscriptions purchased as monthly passes before the change to 5-use passes continue under their previous payment terms until canceled and are managed separately from new 5-use pass purchases.
- A 5-use pass cannot be used to purchase competition materials.
- A 5-use pass cannot be refunded after one or more uses.
- A diagram 5-use pass is a one-time purchase shared across 5 finished site or section downloads. Site diagram files are provided as SVG, and section files as SVG and DXF. It is valid for 30 days from purchase, does not renew automatically, and loses unused uses at expiry. You may buy another pass at any time; the oldest pass is used first.
- The diagram 5-use pass is granted and deducted separately from the terrain 5-use pass. It cannot be used for terrain files or competition materials.
- One use is deducted when a finished-file download entitlement is first issued. Re-downloading the same result does not deduct another use; issuing a new entitlement after changing settings does.
- You may request a refund within 7 days of payment if the diagram 5-use pass has never been used. A pass cannot be refunded after one or more uses unless applicable law provides more favorable rights.
4. Terrain Service
- Each account receives 3 free previews per KST day and 2 free sample downloads per KST week.
- Single downloads and preview passes follow the prices and quantities shown in the service UI.
- Competition-material purchases and regular paid files are eligible for review points. Files obtained with a 5-use pass and orders paid entirely with points may be reviewed but do not earn review points.
- Generated files are normally available for re-download for 10 days, and the period is not extended by later downloads.
5. Diagram Service
- A site diagram creates a top-view SVG from the selected location, width, and height. A section diagram creates SVG and DXF files from the selected location, length, angle, and depth.
- Site and section diagram previews are free up to 3 times per type, per account, per KST day. The prices, input limits, and free sample-download conditions for finished files follow the service UI.
6. Competition Materials
- Competition materials are design files created by Stura3D from terrain and geospatial data for a competition site operated by a third party.
- Unless expressly stated, Stura3D is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or acting for the competition organizer.
- Competition names, sites, eligibility, and submission deadlines are provided for reference. Users must check the organizer's latest official notice before payment and submission.
- Competition materials are not official drawings, surveys, or cadastral surveys supplied by the organizer. Users must inspect the covered area and main file contents in the preview before payment and give priority to the organizer's brief, survey, and design guidelines if they differ.
- Users may modify the materials for competition design, visualization, and model making and may share them only as needed with team members and contributors to that work. Attribution and license conditions also apply to recipients.
- Materials must not be supplied to unrelated third parties or resold or redistributed, in whole or in part, as standalone terrain data.
- Purchase does not guarantee eligibility, registration, compliance, judging, or an award. Sales and public previews may end if the organizer changes or cancels the schedule, site, or competition.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
- Unused payments may be canceled or refunded before a download entitlement is issued, subject to applicable law and payment-provider rules.
- After Stura3D materials are downloaded, a download entitlement is issued, or a file download starts, refunds may be limited for digital content.
- Refunds may be limited if the user selected the wrong location, area, format, or option and downloaded the materials.
- Duplicate payments, company-caused file corruption, or failure to issue an entitlement after payment may be handled by regeneration, entitlement or use restoration, or refund.
- If applicable law or consumer-dispute standards provide more favorable rights, those standards control.
8. Data Sources and Licenses
- We provide combined public data from each country.
- You must follow the licenses and redistribution limits listed on the website.
9. Prohibited Uses
- You may not misuse accounts, automate abusive requests, bypass security, commit payment fraud, or disrupt the service.
- You may not resell, redistribute, bulk extract, database, or use outputs or source data to train or build a competing service.
- You may not use the service in ways that violate law, third-party rights, or source-data licenses.
10. Data Quality and Disclaimer
- Global data varies by country, update cycle, CRS, resolution, API status, and license.
- Imagery, buildings, roads, water, and terrain layers may come from different dates and may not align.
- Except for intent or gross negligence, Graft is not liable for source-data errors, external API failures, user input errors, or source-license changes.
11. Account, Suspension, and Termination
- You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and secure.
- We may restrict use for Terms violations, abuse, excessive requests, payment fraud, or security risk.
- You may request account deletion. Transaction records and dispute materials may be retained where required by law.
